Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your absorption fridge, awning, camping chair, or any other gear, we’re here to help.
Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items.
Return Process
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.
Pack the items in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Please include a copy of your original order confirmation.

Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and all accessories must be included
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Airbeds & Pumps (for hygiene reasons)
- Cookers & Stoves (safety equipment)
- Opened or used personal accessories
- Items without original packaging
